Design and Development of Digital Presence for CampusNET.es Training School
CampusNET.es is a decentralized official training center offering vocational training programs and a design degree. The institution operates through a network of affiliated centers where teaching is delivered using hy-flex technology, a hybrid and flexible model that combines on-site and online learning.
Over several years, the project involved the development and consolidation of the institution’s digital and visual presence, covering areas such as web design and development, visual identity, Moodle platform customization, and the creation of communication and promotional materials.
Due to the small size of the team, the project required a multidisciplinary role, involving work across design, development, and digital platform integration.
Role: Web Developer and Digital Designer within the project team
Areas: Web design, visual identity, graphic design, educational platform integration, promotional material development, support in audiovisual production and virtual environments
Tools: WordPress, HTML, CSS, Moodle, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe inDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Blender
Years: 2019 – 2024
Type: Professional project
Web Platform and Educational Environment
The project included the design and development of the institution’s website, conceived as a platform to present the training programs, the network of affiliated centers, and the educational model of the project. The work covered the visual design of the site, content structure, and front-end implementation, aiming to create a coherent visual identity and a clear navigation experience for prospective students.
In addition to the website, the visual customization of the Moodle, educational platform, was carried out. Moodle is used by the institution to host educational materials and manage academic activity.
Visual Identity and Multimedia Content
The project also involved the development of the institution’s visual identity, starting with the design of the logo and the main visual elements of the brand. Within this area, several audiovisual and graphic resources were created for educational content, including video headers and visual materials used in online classes.
Campaigns and Promotional Materials
During the enrollment period for the 2021–2022 academic year, an advertising campaign was developed to promote the institution’s vocational training programs. The campaign was distributed across multiple channels, including social media, posters, flyers, and TRAM advertising.
The visual pieces incorporated 3D models created by students from the institution. The work was carried out collaboratively and involved the editing, compositing, and graphic adaptation of the images, as well as converting them into the different formats required for each medium and for the various affiliated centers.
Digital Experiences and Collaborations
CampusNET.es also participated in experimental initiatives related to educational innovation and digital environments.
One of these projects was the Salón de la Formación Profesional, a web platform hosting a 3D virtual environment that recreated an educational fair where users could explore different stands. The 3D environment was developed by another team member, while the work carried out here focused on developing the web environment that hosted the experience and enabled access and navigation through the virtual space..
Another notable contribution was the creation of a 3D virtual studio, designed to allow teachers to record their classes within a coherent visual environment through video editing techniques.
Additionally, collaboration took place in an augmented reality segment within the television program Tot es Mou (TV3), where a small experimental AR section was developed for the studio set.
