Design and animation of short audiovisual pieces for a virtual reality-based remote assessment proposal
Motion graphics project developed for VirtualTest, an initiative that emerged in the context of exploring technological alternatives for conducting official assessments remotely following the COVID-19 pandemic.
The proposal involved a virtual reality-based assessment system combined with different monitoring technologies, aimed at ensuring the integrity of the examinations and verifying compliance with the conditions established during their completion. The system incorporated a virtual reality headset connected to a virtual assistant on the computer, which guided the student throughout the process.
As part of the experience, three short audiovisual pieces were developed to introduce and reinforce the main instructions prior to the examination. The pieces were designed to be interspersed with the more detailed explanations provided by the virtual assistant, functioning as concise communication elements and visual aids.
The work involved both the graphic adaptation of the content and its animation using motion graphics, with the aim of delivering clear, direct, and easily understandable communication within a technological and educational context.
